Cash Book : A simple-to-use book-keeping programme to enter and reconcile
bank transactions, simultaneously providing an analysis under up to 50
user-defined headings of both income and expenditure. Monthly and
annual cycles. With full audit trail.
Ledger : A customised programme individually produced from a full
range of double-entry book-keeping modules ('Cash Book' above is based on
the bank book module). Bank book for one or two bank accounts, sales ledger
(including raising invoices), purchase ledger, wages book, VAT (UK full, and
approved partial, recovery methods), sales and purchase analysis (50
headings, each with up to 50 sub-analysis groups, giving up to 2,500
headings in each ledger), non-account (nominal) transactions and transfer
journal.
This is a well established (very user-friendly) book-keeping programme,
requiring only a very basic knowledge of the principles of maintaining a
full set of accounts records - it is not an accountancy programme, but still
provides all the basic information and audit trail that an accountant or
auditor requires to produce statutory audited accounts.
